"I've been wanting a Harley for...FOREVER!!!! I finally decided it was time trade-up from my previous bike. Ron was instrumental in helping me; explaining the differences between a Wide Glide and a Super Glide Custom...I settled on a Super Glide Custom. WOW, what a machine!!!!!!!
Furthermore, Ron was an excellent salesman, along with the rest of the staff; no pressure and very eager and willing to answer all my questions.

"Eastern Shore Harley Davidson took care of my "itch" with no pain! On 08/27/11, came into Eastern Shore HD with the intention of looking and learning about HDs. My last motorcycle ride was in 1982. It was not on an HD. If I only knew what I missed over the years.
We met Ron Davis. The most patient and hard working salesperson I have ever done business with. Absolutely NO PRESSURE, NO HURRIES from Ron. In addition, his indepth product knowledge made us feel more at ease. With his expertise, I knew there was no other HD salesperson that could help me like Ron.
As we asked the questions, Ron patiently schooled us on HDs. I learned alot about HDs from Ron. Our Saturday afternoon with Ron was time well spent.
On 08/30/11, the next busness day, Ron followed up with a phone call. When I returned to the shop to talk more, Ron helped me compare the expense between a new Street Glide and a used Street Glide. I thought the used Street Glide would fit the riding needs for me and Melanie. Again, no pressure from Ron. He left me to make my own decision on which bike would work best for me. In the end, my first HD is a used 2010 Street Glide. What a ride! I will always depend on Ron Davis to help me with future HD needs.
The relationship continued to build. I met Jon McCartney, the finance manager. Easy, no haggle with the paperwork. Within 20 to 30 minutes paperwork was signed and completed. Delane and Allison were outstanding with their knowledge and assistance. They made the buying experience even more of a pleasure.

"What a great experience it was to go in and have the friendliest of new friends help you REMOVE ONE FROM YOUR BUCKET LIST. "I have purchased 2 bikes from Eastern Shore. A 2007 Ultra Classic new and a used 2008 Crossbones. Recently on a trip I had a flat on the back tire on my crossbones near Denton Texas. I limped in stopping to put air in it 3 times. When i arrived I told the service mgr. I needed to get a tire fixed. He said "we don't fix tires. We sell new ones." I asked him who fixes flats. He said nobody fixes flats. They sell new ones. I told him that I guess I did'nt have much choice and that I had road hazard insurance. He ran my VIN and said I did'nt have insurance. I told him to go ahead and start putting on a new tire. Then I called you guys and told you my predicament. I don't remember exactly who I talked to, your service manager I think, and he said "put him on the phone, (the Denton serv. mgr.) so I did. The guy starts talking then just stops and listens a few minutes. Then he hands me the phone and says "Mr. Bruce, it's all taken care of." I said that's right buddy, they take care of us at Eastern Shore. A half hour later I was on my way with a new tire and a freshly washed bike. It's nice to know you can just make a phone call home and get this kind of service.
Oh yeah, my buddy from Denton had a flat two days later while we were near Amarillo, Texas. Luckily my dad lives nearby and came got him with a trailer. We took his scoot to Tripp's HD in Amarillo, Texas and guess what? The fixed his flat.
Anyways, thanks again Eastern Shore. It's nice to know you guys can take care of me 650 miles away. I'll always be a loyal customer.

"I just purchased a like new 06 dyna. I came in just to look and show my wife some of the new bikes. Ron was wonderful and before I knew it: I was hooked and Ron just gently realed me in and I was caught before I knew it. Great!!!! This is the way business should be done. "Firstof all let me say I have been in quite a few HD Dealerships including the Bahamas. With that said, Eastern Shore Harle Davidson is by far the most friendly, and professional dealership I have been in. Now when it comes to buying a scooter my first and only choice is ESHD. Thats because of the employees and the atmosphere. Now I know I will forget someone but I would like to acknowledge a few people. First I must give kudos to my salesman, Ron Davis. My Screamin Eagle Street Glide is my second purchase with the help of and guidance of Ron. No pressure sales..just answers your questions and assists in your decision making. "Awesome shopping and buying experience. Have always loved Harley-Davidson and we hadn't rode a bike for 38 years. Would always look and see what was out front and Betty Jo started getting the fever too. Decided to make the shop a stop each day we went to the doctor's office.
Our first encounter on day one was Craig and the rest is history. He was very patient with us and answered any questions we would come up with. Our first interest was a used Heritage and weeks later we ended up with a new 2010 Ultra Classic.. Betty Jo liked that great seat!
She left me alone on one Friday while she went to the clinic and when she came back we had our Flame Blue Pearl Harley :) (OF course, she told me to get it.)
Our tour on the day we bought was great and all of the department folks were super, even Jon. I am just glad Craig survived my test ride in the back lot :) I think my daughter had him worried about my riding abilities..

I was blown away by the trade in I got on my Ultra and I'm equally satisfied with the deal I got on my Crossbones. This is my eighth Harley and you guys are definitly the best shop I have ever dealt with. My step son came down here from Georgia and bought a used Dyna Superglide over two years ago and to this day the staff still remembers and always ask about him and his Dyna. "ESHD was my last stop in a day of bike shopping that I feared was going to end in tragedy. I had just gone round and round with a salesman at a used bike shop and was already seeing red when I walked through the door. It only took Craig about 30 secs to calm me down as I instantly could tell he wasn't out to do me in, he just wanted to put me on a bike I would be happy with. " I am 58 yrs old and this was my first bike. I had to convince my wife that it was safe. It took about three months for her to come around. All these time the guys at ESHD kept in touch with me, not a sales pitch, just to see how things were going with wife. They were all in agreement with me that if Mama ain't happy, then nobody is happy. When she finally came around it was a wonderful day at my house and at ESHD. I bought a 2008, 105th anniversay editon, complete with a Screaming Eagle package and all the chrome i could possibly want. The price and interest rate was right. The entire staff at ESHD treated my wife and I like family. I left there completely satisfied and very happy.
They recommended the Riders Edge riding course which I enrolled in. The instructor, Larry Cooper, was the best, very concerned with my safety. I learned a lot from the course and use it everyday when I ride with my friends.
I would highly recommened ESHD to anyone thinking of buying a bike.

" A good friend of mine bought a 00 softtail duece from your shop and told me about the great customer service. I talked to my wife and decided to go look at Harleys in Daphne to see size and fit. When I went in to the Daphne shop I was expecting the same run around, but found something different. The staff was great! Brad came up and asked what we were looking for and I told him we were just looking. When we needed answers for some questions Brad was there and answered all questions then gave us our space to think about the bike.
I decided to buy the bike we were looking at. I had to do a lot of it over the phone because I live in Mobile and work 8 to 5. Brad was great He gave me a lot of support and information about the bike we looked at. I told him to put the sold sign on the bike and put a deposit on the bike.
When I came to pick up the bike and finish the paper work Brad was not there, but the staff stepped up and went above and beyond to finish the sale. Tim took care of all of the paper work. All I had to do was hand him the check and sign a few documents. Carolyn finished the sale and gave me the walk through with the bike, made sure all questions were answeres and did the poker run. Even though it was well after 6 o’clock when everything was done the staff did not rush me. The service department loaded the bike while I finished the finial paperwork.
Eastern Shore Harley really makes you feel like you are family before and after the sale. This is my third bike purchase and I wish the other two where through Eastern Shore Harley, Well you can’t win em all.

"I Stacey Jordan attended the Riders Rdge Course last weekend (6/5/08 thur 6/8/08) at the Eastern Shore Harley Davidson Shop. My instructor was Brian Bulter and he also was great, he had the whole class in the plam of his hands from the min. he came though the door. The class had 6 people in it, 4 boys and 2 girls and none of us had rode before. But we were all riding like pros by Sunday. So I just wanted to let everyone at Harley Davidson know that two of there best employees work at Eastern Shore Harley Davidson. I will tell everyone I know about Miley and Brain, because I know no matter who I send there, they will get the same service and Care as I did!

"I just wanted to write to tell you how much we appreciated your help and services.
We were traveling from Texas to Florida on vacation. We drove through the tunnel and my husband’s shifter lever broke. We pulled into a Shell Station off of I-10 and the lady working said it is too bad you weren't a little earlier there is a Harley Shop less than 2 miles from here. I found out where the Shop was and took off over there and arrived as everyone was walking out the door. They looked at me and ask what they could do to help me and I explained my husband had a problem and they opened back up and went in and found a shifter lever for us. By the time they found the part my husband found a way to tie the shifter lever together to get it to the shop. They opened the doors and Jeff fixed the problem and we went on our way. These guys are the best. I really don’t know what we would have done without your help.
I just can’t say good enough about the way we were treated.

"I brought my 1999 Ultra in on Oct 24, 2007. I was on a road trip/mission trip from NC to Gulfport, MS. While riding from FL to MS, the bike was having charging problems. Once we got to Gulfport, I contacted a dealer in Biloxi. He was a small dealer and was not able to get the parts I needed, but he did give me a battery that would get me to the next dealer in Mobile. Eastern Shore Harley was the next closest dealer. I made a phone call to see if you could help me, and when I got there you took the bike immediately to the service dept. After tearing into the bike, not only did it need a stater, it also needed a rotor. One of your guys even drove to Pensacola to get the extra part. The bike was ready in about 5 hours. Everyone in the dealership was hospitable. It was like being with family and friends. It makes a huge difference when you deal with real motorcycle enthusiasts who acutally ride their bikes and know what it's like to get stranded away from home. I am so very appreciative of everything that Eastern Shore Harley did for me. Thank you so much!"
