I was blown away by the trade in I got on my Ultra and I'm equally satisfied with the deal I got on my Crossbones. This is my eighth Harley and you guys are definitly the best shop I have ever dealt with. Some shops seem to give the cold shoulder after your purchase but you guys make me feel at home everytime I walk in the shop. My step son came down here from Georgia and bought a used Dyna Superglide over two years ago and to this day the staff still remembers and always ask about him and his Dyna. "ESHD was my last stop in a day of bike shopping that I feared was going to end in tragedy. I had just gone round and round with a salesman at a used bike shop and was already seeing red when I walked through the door. It only took Craig about 30 secs to calm me down as I instantly could tell he wasn't out to do me in, he just wanted to put me on a bike I would be happy with. To add to my surprise, I NEVER would have thought I would ever own a brand new bike, but with Jon's help on the financing, they were able to put me on a brand new 2010 Wide Glide, for about the same price as a used bike. "For the past six years my husband has reiterated his NEED for a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. I have finally given in and could not be happier. From the time we started our search, our journey has drawn us back to the Eastern Shore Harley Davidson shop. We spent time in the shop and on the phone searching for that perfect bike. Carolyn was absolutely without a doubt the most patient and reassuring sales person I have ever come across. The In-house Poker Run was a great idea! The parts and service department took the time at 5:20 PM (40 minutes before they closed) to look up and install the rider backrest and hardware on my new Ultra for me. " I am 58 yrs old and this was my first bike. I had to convince my wife that it was safe. It took about three months for her to come around. All these time the guys at ESHD kept in touch with me, not a sales pitch, just to see how things were going with wife. They were all in agreement with me that if Mama ain't happy, then nobody is happy. When she finally came around it was a wonderful day at my house and at ESHD. I bought a 2008, 105th anniversay editon, complete with a Screaming Eagle package and all the chrome i could possibly want. The price and interest rate was right. The entire staff at ESHD treated my wife and I like family. I left there completely satisfied and very happy. They recommended the Riders Edge riding course which I enrolled in. The instructor, Larry Cooper, was the best, very concerned with my safety. I learned a lot from the course and use it everyday when I ride with my friends. "My wife and I went on Firday to look at bikes. We went to three different shops that day. By the time we arived at ESHD, we were tired and so was the grandson. I met Jack and he showed me some bikes answered my questions and let us look. I saw a bike at each shop that I was interested in. After talking to my wife we decided to return to the ESHD shop and check into more information on the bike we wanted. Jack and Jon were both very helpful. " A good friend of mine bought a 00 softtail duece from your shop and told me about the great customer service. I talked to my wife and decided to go look at Harleys in Daphne to see size and fit. When I went in to the Daphne shop I was expecting the same run around, but found something different. The staff was great! Brad came up and asked what we were looking for and I told him we were just looking. When we needed answers for some questions Brad was there and answered all questions then gave us our space to think about the bike. I decided to buy the bike we were looking at. I had to do a lot of it over the phone because I live in Mobile and work 8 to 5. Brad was great He gave me a lot of support and information about the bike we looked at. I told him to put the sold sign on the bike and put a deposit on the bike. When I came to pick up the bike and finish the paper work Brad was not there, but the staff stepped up and went above and beyond to finish the sale. Tim took care of all of the paper work. All I had to do was hand him the check and sign a few documents. Carolyn finished the sale and gave me the walk through with the bike, made sure all questions were answeres and did the poker run. Even though it was well after 6 o�clock when everything was done the staff did not rush me. The service department loaded the bike while I finished the finial paperwork. Eastern Shore Harley really makes you feel like you are family before and after the sale. This is my third bike purchase and I wish the other two where through Eastern Shore Harley, Well you can�t win em all. I would like to thank everyone at Eastern Shore Harley. It is rare to find a group of people who put the customers needs first. Thanks for staying to help finish the sale even though it was well after you had closed. "

"I Stacey Jordan attended the Riders Rdge Course last weekend (6/5/08 thur 6/8/08) at the Eastern Shore Harley Davidson Shop. Miley was so helpfull, I was suppost to be in the class the week before and my daugther went into early labor with my first grandchild and Im am blessed they both made it, Miley was so sweet about it and she got me right into the next class, she got right back to me everytime I called or left a message for her, she always made me feel as if I was her only customer. My instructor was Brian Bulter and he also was great, he had the whole class in the plam of his hands from the min. he came though the door. The class had 6 people in it, 4 boys and 2 girls and none of us had rode before. But we were all riding like pros by Sunday. So I just wanted to let everyone at Harley Davidson know that two of there best employees work at Eastern Shore Harley Davidson. I will tell everyone I know about Miley and Brain, because I know no matter who I send there, they will get the same service and Care as I did! "I just wanted to write to tell you how much we appreciated your help and services. We were traveling from Texas to Florida on vacation. We drove through the tunnel and my husband�s shifter lever broke. We pulled into a Shell Station off of I-10 and the lady working said it is too bad you weren't a little earlier there is a Harley Shop less than 2 miles from here. I found out where the Shop was and took off over there and arrived as everyone was walking out the door. They looked at me and ask what they could do to help me and I explained my husband had a problem and they opened back up and went in and found a shifter lever for us. By the time they found the part my husband found a way to tie the shifter lever together to get it to the shop. They opened the doors and Jeff fixed the problem and we went on our way. These guys are the best. I really don�t know what we would have done without your help. I just can�t say good enough about the way we were treated. We really appreciate your help. "I brought my 1999 Ultra in on Oct 24, 2007. I was on a road trip/mission trip from NC to Gulfport, MS. While riding from FL to MS, the bike was having charging problems. Once we got to Gulfport, I contacted a dealer in Biloxi. He was a small dealer and was not able to get the parts I needed, but he did give me a battery that would get me to the next dealer in Mobile. Eastern Shore Harley was the next closest dealer. I made a phone call to see if you could help me, and when I got there you took the bike immediately to the service dept. After tearing into the bike, not only did it need a stater, it also needed a rotor. One of your guys even drove to Pensacola to get the extra part. The bike was ready in about 5 hours. Everyone in the dealership was hospitable. It was like being with family and friends. It makes a huge difference when you deal with real motorcycle enthusiasts who acutally ride their bikes and know what it's like to get stranded away from home. I am so very appreciative of everything that Eastern Shore Harley did for me. Thank you so much!"
